~ Are the clothes prewashed?
All fabric is washed in cold water with Tide Free and Clear before anything is made. This makes the fabric less likely to have colors fade or have the clothing shrink after you receive it.
~ What are the different types of fabric?
There are a few different fabric bases for each product:
-Double-Brushed Polyester (DBP): A very soft fabric that works well for almost all clothing. Double brushed means the fabric is soft on both the inside and the outside. It is soft, warm, has beautiful drape, and flows with your bodies movements. Think of your softest pair of leggings.
-Cotton Spandex/Cotton Jersey: A sturdy fabric with a good amount of stretch and recovery. Think of your favorite t-shirt that holds its shape even after years of wearing and washing.
-French Terry: This fabric has small loops on the inside and is soft to the touch on the outside. It’s a warm fabric. Think of hoodies and sweatpants.
-Modal: A breathable and light weight fabric. It has great recovery and stretch, is soft to the touch, and moves with your body. Think of the soft shirt you always reach for.
-Hacci Sweaterknit: A type of sweater knit with a more open weave. Even though the weave is more open, Hacci doesn’t have “holes,” it is simply made with thicker yarn. It is soft and comfortable. Think of your favorite sweater in the fall and winter.
~ How do I know what size to order?
In each item description there is a size listed with measurements (in inches) next to it. Your order should be based on the largest size (if your bust would fit a Large but your waist would fit a Medium, purchase the Large).
~ What if my waist fits a smaller size than my booty? Do I still order the larger size?
Yes, order the larger size. In your Order Comments notate what your waist measurement is and I’ll adjust the waist to fit you.
~ What if I’m tall (or short)? How do I know the pants won’t be too short (or long) on me?
All clothing items are made for a woman that is 5 foot 5 inches. If you are taller or shorter than this, leave a note in your Order Comments with your height. I’ll adjust the pants to fit.
~ Can I return items?
Unfortunately, no. Each piece is made per order and we cannot accept returns. If you have any questions prior to placing your order, please reach out to us. We will be happy to walk you through any questions you may have prior to making a purchase. If there are issues with the construction or quality of the garment, let us know and we will work with you on the best way to handle it.
